Creelers Restaurant on the isle of Arran is situated in a small complex of buildings and retail outlets close to Brodick, the main town and ferry port of the island.  (Brodick is a 50 minute ferry trip from the west coast port of Ardrossan, which itself is close to Prestwick Airport.) 

   

It is easy to find – just take the road to the north out of Brodick, towards Corrie, and about 1 ½ miles on, on the right is what used to be the Home Farm steadings to Brodick Castle Estate.  Creelers Restaurant (and the Smokehouse next door) is housed in what used to be the “bothy” in the days of the old Home Farm.

The emphasis at Creelers has always been on the provision of top quality, locally-caught seafood. The smoked products come fresh from the smokehouse, where Tim James personally supervises the smoking process.  Whilst specialising in seafood, meat-eaters and vegetarians are well catered for using local venison and organic vegetables and herbs grown on the island.

The restaurant has an informal bistro-style décor, and is known both on the island and far beyond, both for its varied and exciting cuisine and for the friendly and attentive service.

OPENING TIMES:

Creelers is shut during the winter months.
It normally opens just before Easter until the end of October.
